Laughter is healthy — laughing too hard might be dangerous, but we’re willing to take the risk.
On April 10, the Railway Museum will host the one and only (possibly), but definitely first-ever stand-up comedy night featuring Simanas Žurauskas, Goda Ančiukaitytė, and Elijas Martynenko.
Simanas Žurauskas – someone’s son, someone’s grandson, someone’s boyfriend (not all for the same person — editor’s note). A witty writer and comedian, masterfully skilled with his tongue and pen (his own). A seasoned performer since youth, Simanas regularly brings laughter to audiences across Lithuania at various stand-up shows, including the touring comedy program “Traditional Family 2: What Will People Think?”
Goda Ančiukaitytė, originally from Klaipėda and now based in Vilnius, crisscrosses Lithuania and the world entertaining audiences of all ages. Her scissors are sharp, but her tongue is even sharper. Goda is the funniest barber and the most barbering comedian. She’s the creator of the show “Goda and All Her Men” and one of the voices behind the podcast “Vėl tie patys” (“Those Same Guys Again”). Known for her professionalism and fiery energy, Goda shines brightly in the comedy world and leaves no one indifferent.
Elijas Martynenko – a carbon-based lifeform. Writer, actor, comedian. He first witnessed the world with his optical organs 32 years ago. Later lost one of them — in return, gained the ability to vocalize an ellipsis. Has successfully reproduced twice; offspring appear defect-free (visibly). One of his greatest achievements: once farted so hard his spine cracked. Has been in a coma sixteen times, encountered the essence, meaning, and answers to life and the universe (not really — but for a fee, he’ll tell you anything). GMO-free. No criminal record. With love.
With love — and their very best comedic gems — Simanas, Goda, and Elijas will be waiting for you at the Railway Museum on April 10 starting at 6:30 PM.
Ticket price – €7. Your event ticket also grants entry to the museum.
Please note: Photos and videos will be taken during the event.
