G. Dzekunskas is currently the CEO and a member of the Board at Danske Bank in Lithuania.

He holds a degree in Telecommunications from Technology University of Kaunas and studied Automation Engineering at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vytautas Magnus University and completed an international Executive MBA programme at the Baltic Management Institute.

G. Dzekunskas is an experienced board member with a long-standing track record in senior leadership roles within international companies across the engineering, IT, energy, and financial services sectors.

For the past 15 years, he has focused on designing, implementing, and managing efficient operating models and strategies for service centres, helping to improve their performance and streamline operations.

E. Juzėnaitė currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Iki Lietuva. She is also a Board Member at Greituolis and Spartuolis.

She holds degrees in Business Administration from Technology University of Kaunas and the University of Mannheim. She has also completed programmes in Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility, and Accelerated Development at the London Business School. Additionally, she is a certified internal auditor, having received her certification from the Institute for Internal Audit in Frankfurt am Main.

E. Juzėnaitė is an experienced leader; she has many years of international experience managing teams across different countries. Her professional background spans service centre strategy and management, as well as expertise in IT, finance, public procurement, corporate consolidation, and business transformation.

V. Bitinas currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at the LTG Group.

He holds a Master’s degree in computer science from Kaunas University of Technology and has completed board member training at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.

V. Bitinas has extensive leadership experience in project and process management, IT, strategy development and execution, and the energy sector. He has held senior positions at companies including Epso-G, Lietuvos Paštas, Lietuvos Energija, Lietuvos Telekomas, the consultancy firm Ernst & Young, and the IT solutions and services company BlueBridge.
