Growing Leaders internship programme

Each year, we invite the most talented undergraduate and master’s students from around the world to join the Growing Leaders Programme and spend their summer in a meaningful and rewarding way!

The programme is aimed at final-year students who, after completing their traineeship, could potentially join LTG as permanent employees. This is a paid traineeship, during which students not only work on project-based tasks but also participate in group activities organised and coordinated by the LTG recruitment team. Students participating in the programme receive a salary for the entire duration of the traineeship.

We welcome students to gain experience in the fields of transport, logistics, road engineering, data management, marketing, electrical engineering, electronics, construction engineering, energy, IT, law, and project management.

Providing students with the opportunity to get to know LTG’s operations is mutually beneficial — students gain valuable practical skills, while LTG benefits from fresh perspectives brought by new team members, allowing us to view our work in new ways.
