Compliance with the corporate governance code

AB Lietuvos geležinkeliai (hereinafter - the Company) carried out an assessment of the Company's compliance with the provisions of the corporate governance code of listed companies (hereinafter - the Corporate Governance Code) approved by AB Nasdaq Vilnius and discloses the results of this assessment.

It should be noted that the Company's shares are not traded on the stock exchange and the Company has no obligation to disclose compliance with the aforementioned code of governance. However, understanding the importance of transparency and implementation of good governance practices in the Company, in order to ensure the highest level of trust of the shareholder, customers and other stakeholders, to meet the highest standards of governance, the Company assesses compliance with the provisions of the Corporate Governance Code.
